Exclusions:

• Patent search
• Other actions not specifically included like complete patent draft and filing, examination report reply, opposition, hearing, renewals, etc. will be charged as and when applicable and are not included in the quoted price.
• Government fee is to be paid at actuals. Government fee varies based on the type of applicant and the number of pages / claims in the patent specification. For individuals and startups the government fee is ₹ 1,600 for upto 30 pages and 10 claims.
• Also, taxes will be additional.
