The Advanced Trademark package is for businesses looking to get a premier professional trademark firm to help them give a trademark clearance report based on a search performed on the Indian Trademark office database. Based on the search, if you decide to proceed, the firm will help you prepare and file a trademark application in India. Inclusions:

• Basic Trademark Search
• Indian Trademark preparation and filing
• Strategic trademark discussion

Exclusions:

• Other actions not specifically provided like Examination report reply, opposition, hearing, renewals, etc. will be charged as and when applicable and are not included in the quoted price.
• Government fee will be at acutals. Government fee for filing 1 trademark in 1 class is currently Rs. 4,500 / 9,000
• Also, taxes will be additional.

Note: If after the search, you decide not to proceed ahead with preparation and filing of the trademark application, our partner firms will only charge you for the activities utilized. In the scenario mentioned above our partner firm will charge a professional fee of Rs. 1,000 for the basic trademark search and the remaining amount will be refunded. Also, you will not be eligible for receiving the other services included under the package (if applicable).
